Hi my names Kim and I want to welcome you to my about me page for female muscle growth. Let me give you a quick background about me and how I got into female bodybuilding and what female muscle growth is all about.  When I was younger I’ve always been interested in ladies with muscle not necessarily huge bulky look but I loved the look of Rachel Mclish, kike Elomaa, Karen Sessions and Cory Everson.

Having female muscle growth doesn’t mean massive and bulky some ladies like that while I think it looks a lot better than not having any muscle at all I’ve always loved female muscle lines and shape.

My quest to get my body like Rachel Mclish started when I was 20 years old.  I needed to build muscle mass because I had a very slight frame what a lot of female bodybuilders call skinny fat.  I was at this point very insecure of my body would always cover up and felt I had an unattractive body that was feeble, I came to realise that adding muscle mass because I was a lady was a very hard process.  I studied every type of woman’s bodybuilding program I could get my hands on I took my personal trainer qualification hoping I would learn some onside secrets and I even studied people like laura creavalle on her diet methods etc.  What I didn’t realise starting off was how slow a process it was for a lady to build muscle because of the different chemical makeup of our bodies to men.  Female body’s carry naturally more body fat and is lower in terms of lean body mass meaning we have less muscle generally.  My female muscle growth story lead me after 5 years and 4 different coaches to a point where I had toned up but had added 3lb of muscle and I believed I had mastered proper form with resistance training.  While a gain of 3lb may seem like hardly anything my body had changed a great deal in its look and I had added some muscle.  I still wasn’t happy as I looked nothing like Karen or Rachel in the slightest; coupled with hours of training I was clearly missing the point somewhere.

However it wasn’t until I read an article about a local female figure athlete and also a local female bodybuilder who both had just competed and said that their bodies had changed dramatically in the last year after following the workouts and training recommendations of Karen Sessions.

I discovered Karen and found her training guide which focussed on all levels of bodybuilding from someone wanting to compete to females that just want to build some muscle and sculpt and have a healthier lifestyle.  Karen was similar to me she had been thin had to lose a few pounds of fat and ended up competing as a bodybuilder

I devoured the book and read it every day the results were amazing Karen produces with the book as I got more results in the next 8moths and quality results than I did in the last 5 years.  This female muscle growth bible detailed everything from the bodybuilding diet and nutrition to stimulate growth hormone levels and training techniques to do the same to stimulate muscle growth.  This female muscle growth program shows how to grow muscle in the quickest amount of time with just the right amount of effort needed no more no less.
